I have been a resident here at Harper House since “1973” and will always call this “my home”. It’s convenient to schools for my children, and now my grandchildren, stores, medical facilities and a bus system which allows me to travel in and around Columbia as well as the outskirts. I have formed many friendships with tenants over the years and have seen many changes, but one thing that never changes is the commitment and compassion for the residents from management and its staff.
I’ve lived here at Harper House since Jan. 1999. Some of the early years were questionable but the last 5 years with our wonderful manager Katina Owens has been a very treasured time. I was ready to leave before she became the manager here- so in light of all the wonderful changes, I am very happy I stayed in this community and I really wish I could explain how very pleased I am here.
